It is already 2017 in Puerto Rico and I think US Virgin Island; US territory on Atlantic Time; also New Brunswick, PEI< Newfoundland and eastern Quebec, not sure about St Pierre et Miquelon yes they were on Atlantic time but not Newfoundland time (30 minutes ahead) Joe
