[Magdalen] Incident in Melbourne

This afternoon a car drove down a pedestrian mall in the middle of
Melbourne, killing three people and injuring at least twenty others,
including a few children. It's still summer holidays for some so this
would have been a busy place.

This kind of thing just doesn't happen here!
