It isn't.

Me, I'm rolling the dice for the "Big 'I'" in under two years.  Maybe sooner.  Of course, the GOP would have to come to its senses first.  But there's plenty of hope (as in "the hope of salvation") in that regard, because even Repubs -- ESPECIALLY Repubs -- can't stomach the very idea "Unconstitutional".
