Another thing is that they have to balance financial prudence with 
electoral popularity. Can President Trump deliver more manufacturing 
jobs when they are beonf increasingly taken over by automation? How can 
those who claim they want to drive down the deficit square their 
asserted aspirations with the Budget Resolution's projections of 
increasing deficits?
