Well, I haven't personally, but a friend told me that when she was little she thought that's what they were passing out!
Another friend was visiting another kid and went to the Episcopal church with him. They were sitting way in the back, so when they went up for Communion and the priest put the wafer in his hand, he thought they must have run out of bread and were just giving folks pieces of paper instead. He said when he tasted it, he still thought it was paper!
