[Magdalen] Feeling ancient

Today is my 74th birthday, which would be enough, but I was also friended
on Facebook by a young lady I didn't know....so I looked at the mutual
friends, and then at her profile, and discovered, to my surprise and
somewhat to some other feelings, that my oldest grandson, who is 17 1/2,
has a serious girlfriend. She appears to be an interesting young lady from
a close and intact family who does good photography and has other artistic
interest, like Isaak. But lordy, does that make me feel old! I just saw
that boy born yesterday!
