On another list there is a poster from NZ that insists 
the title, "Book of Common Prayer," be limited to those
prayer books that have directly descended from the
Cranmerian and Elizabethan prayer books.  Because
that of TEC has both this type and the contemporary
liturgies, TEC's prayer book should be just that and not
The Book of Common Prayer.
