That was demonstrated clearly by the Second Vatican Council which authorized liturgy in common languages instead of Latin. I only bring this up because many “originalists” seem to be enamored of the RCC way of doing things, when, in fact, the Council acted as it did out of knowledge that Anglicans had been doing so for 400 years and it worked well.
