Some years ago a group of us were traveling to England on diocesan business. One man was looking forward to enjoying some Cuban cigars and had brought a butane lighter and a device that's used to cut the tips off cigars. They confiscated both items, but replaced the lighter with a book of matches! We spent some time later speculating about how, exactly, the cigar cutter could serve as a weapon. "Would you mind sticking your finger in here so I can cut off the tip of it?" seemed a bit out of the question.
