So very sorry to hear of this negative situation.... I too hear those kind 
of things when people are downright rude.  I have 4 POs in fairly equal 
driving distance from me - my former one is exactly like the one you visited 
today. I NEVER go there. I have found one tucked away, not too far afield, 
with truly caring and polite people who always go the extra mile for me. I 
often tell them and tell people who might be grousing about waiting in line, 
how wonderful the customer service is.

I hope next week's visit is better and less eventful.
