O knowledgeable one:

I need to set up a database for an Etsy shop for the Two Rivers Beadery.  The info needs to include:

Item number
Description
Length
Colour(s)
Style
Price
Set or single item
Location

... and maybe a couple of other descriptors that I haven’t thought of yet.  I want a customer to be able to shop for a green necklace, business style, short, with earrings, and be able to turn up a couple of choices. I’m working in iOS because my iPod makes a far better and easier-to-use camera than anything I could afford.  I want minimal fussing between programs and platforms.  

Example:
 
17-10-01.  Green agate with Tibetan silver.  16”/41cm.  Delicate, formal.  $35/set.  Box 4

The number would be the unifier between pix, data, and physical object.

I’m comfortable with Excel but having done much of anything else.  Suggestions?
