[Magdalen] Ice and Snow along GA & SC

The Pennsylvania Poconos will have just a dusting of new snow with currently about 6-8 
inches on the ground.  We are to be just at the edge of the Nor'easter coming up the 
coast.  What we will have, unfortunately, is the coldest overnight temperatures for about
twenty years here (-1 F and -3 F). There has also been an extended all day freezing
and it makes me wonder if there will not be some damage to shrubs and trees.
