Jim-glad you have Matthew there and heat is on the way! I’m still hanging in there during Houston’s protracted frigid weather. Relief today hopefully. Yesterday many broken water pipes, mostly only outside of units in my 334 unit/35 building condo neighborhood. Roads iced over for 3 days, finally serious above freezing temps may end the crazy.

16 in Tucker, GA this morning.  The other day my downstairs heating went out.  Crew was scheduled to come to replace it yesterday but couldn’t get their equipment out of their yard, so it’s rescheduled for today.  Current downstairs temperature is 40 F.

Fortunately, Matthew and I know how to layer our clothes, so it’s not so bad.
