Unfortunately I expect to be in Norway when you're in London. If you're 
planning to go on to Paris then Eurostar https://www.eurostar.com/us-en 
is the way to travel city to city as there isn't the trek to or from the 
airport and the check-in time is a lot shorter (30 minutes rather than 2 
hours) so the actual transit time from city centre to city centre is a 
lot shorter. Cases travel on racks at the end of each carriage so you 
don't have to wait for them to appear on the carousel either. One tip -  
a return ticket could well be cheaper than a single when travelling 
economy (which is still comfortable and with power and wifi now) so book 
a return then don't use the return portion.
