Either way, my favoritest line wasn't from Tramp, or even during the speech.  It was from a man who might could make for a tolerable stand-up comic.  The MSNBC gang was riffing to kill the last few minutes before it started, with a series of "Who will this?" or "What will that?" or "Whatever?", when Brian Williams tacked on at the end, "Is Tiffany having a good time?"

The spirit of Kovacs lives!

(He also said yesterday during his regular hour that Joe Kennedy III "has a face like a map of Ireland".  Priceless!)
