I can't imagine this parody of any other Head of State and Head of 
Government being permitted to fly in the centre of London. That in 
itself says something about how #45 is regarded over here. He will be 
staying at his friends' place while here - the Ambassador's residence. 
(I wonder if they have done anything to make sure the Beast doesn't 
ground like it did when Obama stayed there.)  He will be attending a 
military exercise, which will presumably be taking place somewhere other 
than London. The official dinner will be at Blenheim Palace, which is 
not a government or royal building, and his meeting with the Queen will 
be at Windsor. Talk about keeping him out of the public eye.
