[Magdalen] Boris Johnson resigns as UK Foreign Secretary

President Trump will not be meeting the UK's nearest equivalent 
character to him when he visits UK this week. Boris Johnson has resigned 
as Foreign Secretary because he does not like the Prime Minister's 
policy with regard to how the UK should leave the European Economic 
Community. Boris has always been a loose cannon - it remains to see what 
happens to the UK government in coming days. Teresa May could face a 
challenge to replace her as Prime Minister.
