[Magdalen] The latest of Prayer Book Revision

This afternoon the House of Deputies voted to Concur with the House of
Bishops substitute version of A068. I would have preferred to see the whole
thing die a quiet death, but this is at least less onerous than what the
House of Deputies passed two days ago.
