[Magdalen] Noah's Ark?

There have been nearly 8 inches of rain here in the past three days 
at the edge of the Pennsylvania Poconos USA.  So far there we have
a dry basement TBTG.
 
There are two more days of likely similar on and off storms.  This
moisture pump of combined Atlantic and Gulf lows just keeps on
pumping.  This comes in the midst of the summer vacation time
for most families, and  feel sorry for them.
