The cited reason for withdrawal is the repeated criticism by the UNHRC's 
repeated condemnation of Israeli treatment of Palestinians. Such 
criticism is not anti-semitic since it is condemnation of the Israeli 
government rather than of Jews as such. The condemnation is also not 
bias against Israel but a reaction to their behaviour in a situation in 
which the sides are not on an equal footing.
