[Magdalen] Nonsmoker again

Ann,
You go, Gril!  Let your sense of gratitude that you have quit smoking
overwhelm the desire to light up.
Cigarettes/smoking are my drug of choice.  I've quit for long periods
twice, but I have smoked 25 years of my life.  Presently I have not had a
cigarette since November 14, 2001.  I still miss smoking, but I don't plan
to smoke again.

Prayers for you everyday as you make this journey to be a non-smoker,
especially in the most vulnerable times.
