[Magdalen] Prayer request

Had my annual physical in early Feb. I complained a bit about a possible
hernia. Doc did a physical exam  - said probably; took an x-ray and said
there is arthritis - I knew that - it's one of my VA disabilities. He then
said let's do a CT scan to see detail on the hernia. A week after the CT
scan, I get a call to go back to the VA for an MRI.

Checked in with the nurse at our outpatient clinic (when I went in for my
allergy shot) - said I hadn't heard anything yet. She got another of the
nurses who said they just got the results - I have cysts on my pancreas.
She the scans didn't appear to show the worst kind of cyst - of course, we
won't know until path report is done.

Pre-op is 11 April, with the procedure on the 12th. They're providing
lodging for 2 nights because of the distance (c. 70 miles) and the time
things should start (c. 6 AM).

Am a bit uneasy about all of this.
