[Magdalen] Taxes???

No state taxes in Tennessee, but the sales tax is ridiculous.

VA has state income tax, sales tax, county taxes of all sorts, *including*
they charge me a property tax on my 12 year old vehicle, which I think is
beyond ridiculous!
