[Magdalen] DioVA convention

After having been a participant of numerous Diocesan annual meetings (ours
is called Council) over the years, I have no doubt that everything could be
covered in one (probably very long) day!

Who will likely be a Delegate to the 115th Council of the Diocese of West
Texas to be held in McAllen in February 2019
