[Magdalen] List quiet?

I’m certainly hoping it will be a positive chapter in our history and that we will stand proud with our sisters/brothers in TEC and TECScotland. Having experienced GS2016 where the result hung on one uncounted vote, first No and then the next morning Yes, I know just how gut-wrenching the result will be, one way or another, for many in the room.

Good news Marion! Pleased to hear that you will be part of Anglican history in our sister/brother church to the North.

I’ve been quiet, I guess. Life has been brisk, busy with Stuff. Last weekend we had our Diocesan Synod wherein we largely considered Canon XXI on Marriage in triad groups and larger groups. Taking the pulse of those present, you might say.
I am pleased to report that I was elected to General Synod 2019 in Vancouver where the changes to the Canon regarding Same-Sex marriage will have the second reading.

I've been helping to care for a sick friend and am just exhausted.
It's like being back in school. Barely enough energy to do more than work
and sleep.
And, frankly, I'm not physically strong enough to do this.
Willing but not able :-(
My brother says he's been contacted by twenty churches and expects to be
called after the New Year.
Pray for the church.
