Ginga,
I’m sure you already know this, but it’s really important to stay ahead of the pain with your pain meds—don’t wait until you’re really in pain. Even after I was off the heavy-duty meds, which was very soon after surgery, I tried to remember to take Ibuprofen about an hour before my PT.
