By the way, no one TOLD me about the air.  I was lying there afterward, "recovering", and instantly had the thought, "I, quite simply, am going to shit this bed."

Such joy unimaginable, when I realised what it actually was.  Later, the nurse came in and mentioned the phenomenon.  I said, "NOW you tell me."
