[Magdalen] Update on my innards

I got positive results on the colonoscopies and endoscopy yesterday. No
issues there. Dr.'s office just called -- all biopsies came back negative!

I do have some fatty liver disease which I already knew. My regular doc
told me I have Metabolic Syndrome (high glucose, cholesterol and blood
pressure + too fat) and I've been working on losing weight. 20 pounds so
far but about 60 more to go. So, more diet and exercise for me. I think
I'll wait until the weather cools off a little though -- 100+ degrees all
weekend and most of next week.
