[Magdalen] Update on my innards

Glad your innards are okay! We're doing a sort of jumble of low carb, keto,
paleo that deems to be working awfully well. S/O is below 230 for the first
time since his college days, and I'm back in a size 6, so it can't hurt.
Also his blood sugars are running much lower.
