Same wish for you as Judy has, Marilyn.  It's exhausting to begin a search
process every few years.  I don't know what your ASA or membership is, so I
may be way off base.  Good Shepherd, Summerville has about 120 active
members.  We are still in mission status because he had to begin at 0 in
2012...or make that 7 original members.  Today we worshipped somewhere over
90!  Our priest-in-charge is retired...took an early retirement at age 58.
His liturgy is traditional - he is an AngloCatholic, but has come down
closer to our reverent snake belly liturgical preference.  I don't know if
you need a full time priest and that would make a difference because a
retired priest can only earn a certain amount...I think that is a policy of
the TEC pension fund.

Your parish is in my prayers for a short search this time and a fine result.
