I don't want to tread on Ginga's toes but I notice from ECNS that Judge 
Richard M Gergel has given the proper Diocese of South Carolina an early 
Christmas present and Bishop Skip Adams a retirement present. He has 
held that the disaffected diocese under Bishop Mark Lawrence has been 
defying his September injunction by implying on its website and 
references to the numbering of Diocesan Conventions /inter alia/ that it 
is continuing to claim goodwill as a successor to the Historic Diocese 
founded in 1785. They are to remove official documents prior to 2012 
from their website and documents since that date may not include the 
official diocesan seal or use terms that imply they are the proper 
successors to the Historic Diocese.
