I'm here, as well. I am struggling with a vestibular dysfunction. Balance
is way off and I also have had much more than usual orthostatic
hypotension...two different probs, I think. I walk around like a drunk,
swaying backwards and forwards and not able to navigate well -- my feet
don't seem to know where they are. Accompanying all this are some pretty
terrific headaches. I am working with a PT who specializes in balance and
dizziness. She is excellent and we work well together. Accompanying all
this is a 15 lb weight loss for no good reason over the past year....no
tests reveal a cause for this, other than I have no appetite. I was pretty
depressed over the holidays, but I used some of my training on myself. I
made a list of what is better and what still needs work...this made things
seem more manageable...less overwhelming. I shared the list with my
physical therapist. We fare forward.

The church in SC...who knows when the Lawrence attorneys will run out of
money for extended and additional litigation. I'm back to where I was in
my thinking when the schism began...this won't be worked out in my
lifetime. I have just finished my most recent service on mission council.
Now, the only responsibilities I have at Good Shepherd are keeping the
website and Facebook updated.

I am mostly fine, just showing a bit of age.
