I was four years old, rolling around on the floor looking UP at the classic television with near-oval screen on four angular legs, whining indecently about how I wanted to watch cartoons instead.

But I clearly, CLEARLY, remember the grainy B&W live coverage.

Gives me a real connection to it all, each year when this anniversary rolls around.
