Yes, he's the first one.
He got time served, a period of home detention and a fine.
And, of course, he's lost his job.
The judge said she was lenient because the coach didn't keep the bribe paid
to him but funneled it off to the sailing program.

Some of these students paid to have their heads photoshopped on athletes'
bodies to claim they'd played tennis or rowed crew. When they'd never
actually played tennis or rowed at all.

Others had paid ringers who sat for their entrance exams.
