I think the approach to preaching should be discussed in interviews, not
laid out in the job description as "We want this but not that." There will
be times when what needs to be preached will be something from the "We
don't want this" list, and you're hiring someone whose profession includes
discerning and preaching what is needed and not just what is wanted.
