Hi, Roger! Thank you for continuing to follow our journey.
Nothing to correct in what you wrote, Roger. TECSC is indeed now and again
The Diocese of SC. And, yes, DoSC (temporarily for the last 7 years) has
our shield back again and is distributing to parishes flags with the shield
on it. Woohoo! The Episcopalians have requested the court to clarify that
the name the Lawrence church is calling itself - i.e. the Anglican Diocese
of SC - is confusing and rule they may not do that. All of this is in the
federal court.
The case I previously wrote about is mired in the state court. Yes the SC
Supreme Court did indeed rule that all the church buildings, etc property
belong to The Episcopal Church and are held in trust by the Episcopal
Diocese of SC. This state court procedures are mired in ploughing mud up
to the greedy parts of the Lawrence church and the judiciary of state
circuit courts. Lord, have mercy.
