I have a working list of Eucharistic theological views.  They make three viewsof increasing complexity, that are additive and not mutually exclusive:

(1)  The Eucharist is strictly memorial.

(2)  The Eucharist is a memorial and Jesus is present in a real and special       way.  This is often referred to as "Real Presence." Since Jesus is       thought mystically present during the reading/chanting of His Gospel       that matter could be placed under this heading.
(3)  The Eucharist is a memorial and there is a Real Presence of Jesus in the       form of the actual Body and Blood = Transubstantiation.  This is where       such theology as the celebrant as "The Alter Christus" who re-calls or       makes present the one and only Sacrifice at Calvary.
