Yes they are, Jim. I have forgotten to take my Apple watch off in some
soggy circumstances,  including a river rockhounding trip, with no problems
whatsoever. If I had fallen on the river rocks, it would have taken a
licking and kept on ticking.....just asked me if I needed help.
