Given your complicated health history, it is a testament to the
dedication and skill of your medical team that you are  as healthy and
functional as you are! I salute you and them for your combined
willingness to sort through all the details to do what must be done.

May you, John, your family, your entire medical team be held within
the light of God's greater love for us all.
