A friend in Tennessee got her Physician's Assistant degree at Trevecca
Nazarene University in Nashville, which at the time was one of the few
colleges offering it. She was brought up Episcopalian. Trevecca had
compulsory chapel three times weekly, and she said she often found herself
sitting in chapel wondering, "What the hell am I doing here anyway?" But
she gutted it out and got her degree. She was about as far from the
Nazarenes as you could reasonably expect.
