[Magdalen] Samuel Seabury and Church of Scotland

The 1662 eucharistic prayer basically ends after the prayers over the bread
and wine (words of institution). The Scottish prayer was and is the fuller
one we're familiar with, similar to the 1928 USA BCP or our 1979 Rite I.
