Welcome back Mike. I have a friend whose sobriety date is almost exactly
one year before yours he hit bottom really hard and spent time in rehab,
then a halfway house, and more recently (just as he was starting to really
get his life on track) four months in jail. My own bottom was nowhere near
so bad, but I've been walking the road of sobriety for a few years now and
have no regrets. I would echo what David and Ann said about getting into
support, although it's more complicated in these days of pandemic, but
there are resources online. Let us know if you need help.
