[Magdalen] Doodle Poll for Zoom Listmeet - Summary

As of 10:00 EDT this evening, the 23rd of June, we have 20 of us
participating in the doodle poll which Brian Reid set up for us. I'm not
sure that anyone was prepared to take any particular action based on the
results so I'm just going to summarize my thoughts/observations. I think we
need to decide here in the pub upon a preferred time and someone with
requisite knowledge and Zoom capability needs to host the event. We
probably need a couple of days to settle on that.

The poll currently shows the greatest number of potential participants at
15 on three separate time slots. They are 5-6pm on the 25th, 4-5 pm on the
27th, and 4-5 pm on the 28th. I think one of the weekend times might be
best and perhaps suitable for anyone who missed seeing that the poll went
that far ahead. Anyone can edit their own responses if necessary. The Zoom
link should be posted here on this list and other readers hereof should, of
course, be welcome even if they missed the doodle poll.

Those are my brief, or maybe not so brief, thoughts late this evening. I do
hope that we can make this happen. If the Thursday the 25th time slot is
chosen I will need to make arrangements quickly. In any event all who want
to participate will need time to plan for it.
