[Magdalen] Food for kids while schools are closed

One of the “unintended consequences” of school closings is that kids who qualify for free or reduced-price breakfasts and lunches won’t get those. For many, those are their only meals of the day. (Schools and churches send backpacks of food with them on weekends.)
My daughter contacted the school superintendent, and she said they will need help with food distribution, so my grandsons and I have put our names in. I don’t know what they’re planning yet, but it will have to be massive. With no buses running, meals will probably have to be delivered, and we are a very rural, somewhat mountainous, county. Multiply this by hundreds of thousands of school districts throughout the country......
