I’m still alive and if not kicking, staggering around. I’m immensely proud
of Mark. His podcasts are quite delightful. I’m glad I introduced him to
nature on our walks in the Carolina foothills.

Mark went to England about twelve years ago or more to read for a Ph D at
Durham U on Augustine and was received into the CofE by Tom Wright. He was
a parish priest for a short while in Oxfordshire, then served as active
principal of St. Michael’# College, Llandaff, then assistant principal of
St. Stephen’# House Oxford, and for the past two years Residntiary Canon of
Brecon Cathedral.

He’s written four books, mostly on consumerism. His wife Sarah, an Oxford
D.Phil, teaches at a university in Bristol, and is an authority on the
Welsh Anglican clergy during Cromwell’s rule. My grandson is a first year
student at Edinburgh University.

Warmly,

+Tony
