[Magdalen] Easter services

We had an early service out at a parishioner’s farm with maybe 35 people. It was just a little above freezing, and the sun finally broke through just before we left! They’d never had a sunrise service before but now think we should make it a tradition! We didn’t sing, but had some recorded Easter music at a couple of places in the service. Had Communion in one kind. It was the first time we’ve been together in more than a year.
Then I went to the church, and we Zoomed a service from there with four people assisting for tech and reading. Modified HE/Morning Prayer, as we have been doing.
After that I went to take Communion to a shut-in couple and drove all over the back roads of the county for about an hour and a half trying to find their house! The GPS lady had one route number wrong, so... But after many U-turns and two phone calls, I made it!

Now I’m heading for a nap. Happy Easter, everyone!!
