[Magdalen] mailing list chaos

I went to take a look at the world of mailing lists on the various 
computers under my care, and I am startled by what a vast mess it all 
is. I know how it came to be a mess, but I hadn’t realized until just 
now how bad it is.  Think about those pictures of Aleppo you saw some 
years ago after Syria’s evil president invoked Russian bombing on that 
city.

I think it’s going to take me longer than a day or two to make the 
promised change to Magdalen.
