[Magdalen] Where to go?

Time and money are limited!  I have travelled The Canadian the other 
way, starting at Vancouver, but I think starting at Toronto is better.  
The bit across Ontario is uninspiring apart from the observation at the 
last stop to replenish water on the train.  "If you see the train move, 
don't worry.  If you see it move twice, the next train will be along in 
two days."

I have done mini-listmeets in Boston (Chad), Vancouver and Toronto 
already.  Likewise I have ridden the Laskeshore from Chicago to Boston.
