Indeed, they have to learn to tolerate diversity as well - and to abide 
by the rules they agree to.  After the Primates Meeting when there was 
meant to be agreement not to do anything which could harm the bonds of 
Communion PB Katherine urged restraint on TEC, which is all she could 
do.  Some African Primates encouraged further incursions into the USA, 
something they could have blocked.  The same might be said about the 
then Primate of the Southern Cone accepting dissident Americans into his 
Province.
