You mayly get a better idea of the date of publication by looking at the
state prayers at the end of Morning and Evening Prayer. If there is a
prayer for King George then it is pre 6 February 1952, but if it's for
Queen Elizabeth then it is after this date. The members of the Royal Family
listed in the following prayer can also help with dating. Chad Wohlers, on
his comprehensive BCP website, has a guide to dating.

I have a few of these combined volumes from as early as 1845. One, dated
1858, combines the BCP with a complete bible. Another, with an inscription
dated 1922, comprises three volumes (BCP, Proper Lessons and Hymns A&M) in
a carrying case. The inscription is to Nellie, so not a member of the
clergy.
Provided your BCP is post 1859, when three short services (Gunpowder
Treason, King Charles the martyr, and the Restoration of Charles II) were
removed, all the services in it are still authorised in the CofE.
